SIG began with deep experience installing fully interactive IP video systems. Working directly with clients exposed the limitations of disconnected products, excessive false alarms, difficult footage recovery, and security programs with no single accountable partner.
The company evolved by taking responsibility for more of the operation: integration, live monitoring, verification, intervention, evidence recovery, maintenance, and client support. Each capability grew from a real operational need rather than from a generic product catalog.
